The Shangri-la's signature Japanese restaurant includes a sushi bar, teppanyaki station with live culinary performances, and robatayaki counters, along with the largest selection of sakes in Beijing - all under the supervision of Tokyo-born chef Masayasu Haruyama. The award-winning decor has been thoroughly refurbished and features dramatic lighting, pastel hues and ultra-stylish furnishings, with a sake bar as its centerpiece. Lunch specials are served from 11.30am-2.30pm and range from RMB 200-300, while set dinners go for 400-1,500.
