Nuoyan Rice Wine House 糯言酒馆

Using glutinous rice, there are 12 kinds of rice wines, six of them are “fresh”, which means they ‘ve been fermented 30 to 90 days; and the “mellow” ones use 90 days to two years to brew; the “special” ones are aged and not for sell; and the liquor takes six years. 

This place used to be the storage of People’s Art Printing House, and you can tell from the wooden beams, but this place has a modern touch with simple designs, such as poems in the frames on the white wall.
