The building occupies an area of 1.22 hectares with a land area of about 120 000sqm, and is currently one of the highest 5-star office tower to be designed and built in Financial Street and Beijing. To keep up with the globalized needs of Financial Street and meet the demands of top-notch international financial companies, the exterior of the building is grand and luxurious. Taking inspiration from the design of the ancient Chinese coin - a square within a circle – this abstract symbol is a key element in the construction of the building. The front of the building has an eco-space of thousands of square meters which is made up of greenery, fountains and sculptures, allowing much grandeur.
