Pickering's Seafood and Gin Bar

Gin is the name of the game at this lounge that employs sleek modern decor with a few old timey flourishes (retro dressed staff, a menu that looks like an old newspaper, a gramaphone that the bartenders use to spin your cocktail quickly, etc). There's also plenty of food on hand like a rum doused duck breast (RMB 200), tomahawk steak (RMB 1400), and Boston lobster (RMB 320), hence the early opening time. But this place is very much a bar at heart, with 200 gin varities on offer and a range of cocktails, including a spritzy sparkling juniper drink that'll remind you of rosé but actually has a gin base.
