A small, family-style barbecue joint, very much in the vein of Homeplate (but cheaper), run by "Tim" and his parents. The menu is comprised of various burgers (beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken etc.), which can be mixed and matched and served with any number of American toppings and sides.
