The Skyline Cafe at the Kunlun Hotel features a gourmet buffet including five open stations of desserts, make-your-own pizza, sushi, Indian tandoori, noodles galore and, seasonal items like fresh hairy crabs (lunch RMB 198, plus 15% service charge; dinner RMB 298, plus 15% service charge). The á la carte menu offers such dishes as madras tomato soup, prawn marsala, surf and turf and Blue Mountain coffee. The drinks list is light on wines but has an extensive selection of liqueurs, eau-de-vie, cocktails, and malt whiskies. The high ceilings in the atrium, which includes an overflowing fountain and palm trees, creates a spacious ambiance.
