We are not sure if the proprietors of Xenia were aware that this word literally translates from ancient Greek into hospitality, but one thing is for sure: there is enough mock gold adorning the venue's exterior to impress any Mycenaean king. Upon entering, the mood soon changes from Hellenistic to hardcore as the trance music blares across the dimly lit dance floor. Drinks (starting from RMB 30) can be ordered from what looks more like a supermarket checkout stand than a bar.
