This is the only Beijing branch of a Chongqing-based hot-pot chain with a menu that lists several fantastic house specialty, like shimo heidoufu (smoky tofu) and ya chang (duck intestines). The soup bases are varied, both spicy and non-spicy and the other dishes, like the dandan mian, are worth-trying.
