This cute backstreet eatery looks like an arty teenage girl’s bedroom. Handwritten with colored felt-tip pens, the Chinese-only menu has three main offerings: freshly steamed rice rolls (chang fen) with fillings including beef and barbecued pork; Guangdong-style steamed rice dishes; and, best of all, “double-skinned milk” (shuangpi nai), a comforting custard-style dessert available with various toppings.
