Xinxin Xiaochi 鑫鑫小吃

A hidden gem in the South town residential area, Xinxin Xiaochi is hailed by Beijingers to serve the best instant-boiled mutton ((涮羊肉) in town. With minimal decorations in the small eatery, Xinxin Xiaochi really focuses on the quality of food that it offers. With the mutton as its main attraction, waiters at Xinxin Xiaochi prepare hot pots for their customers, with pre-sliced lamb, tofu, vegetables and bean vermicelli on the side. There is no menu offered to guests, but as only few dishes are served, ordering food does not seem to be too difficult.
