Provincia at the JW Marriott City Wall claims to be Beijing’s first "bar and kitchen theater." Huge Tuscan doors lead into an intimate, split-level drinking den. The upper level has abundant table seating atop a “carpet” that is actually made from colored glass. The open kitchen serves a range of pizza, pasta, bar snacks and tapas; while the extensive wine and drinks list includes Birra Moretti from Italy and a range of cocktails.
