The King of Desserts Comes to Beijing

Pichet Ong, named as one of the top ten pastry chefs in America by the Pastry Arts and Design Magazine will be making his sweet culinary sensations at the Hilton Hotel, Beijing from January 8-12.

Pichet opened P*ONG this April, a dessert restaurant in the West Village in New York City. Since then, P*ONG has been featured in publications such as Bon Appetit, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and The New Yorker.

A month after P*ONG's opeing, he released his first dessert cookbook, The Sweet Spot, which has been chosen as one of the 10 best cookbooks of 2007 by Gourmet Magazine.

If you have a sweet tooth, you won't want to miss this celebrity chef's visit. His desserts can be savored in the restaurants and cafes at the Hilton Hotel.
