Of course, 4corners has the best pho and bun cha in China, but little did I expect they serve the best gourmet burgers of any gourmet burger place I've eaten at to-date.
I love a good burger, but I usually prefer the simple, standard cheeseburger. In-N-Out is a favorite, and a good example. Gourmet burgers are usually poorly-made, too think to bite into or just a mess to begin with.
The Nam Burger is fatter than your average burger, but not so much that I can't bite into it. The meat has a rich flavor, and the rest of the ingredients are also full of flavor. Hard to describe, but it's not a simple beef patty with a bunch of "fancy" stuff thrown in with it between its buns.
The burger comes with sweet potato fries that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; perfect. The fries come with some kind of curry sauce, and together they are unexpectedly DELICIOUS.
A small, but tasty salad rounds off the plate.
I'm definitely coming back more often for this burger, as if the pho and bun cha weren't enough.
