I like Itchikura and its style, but I don't think transplanting the same concept to a wine bar realy works out for me. More than being a seperate bar, 3rd cellar should be viewed more as a part of Itchikura menu expansion(which it actually is).
The most impresive is definetely the range of Sakes available and of course the Manager's touch.
I would only go back in pair, but more or less people than that doesn't really suit the bar style.
