Good service? Get the staff trained first

Just got back from Peppe's. I have no problem with the concept of Scandi pizza, and the ingredients seem quite fresh. The wings are good.

However the service is atrocious. I dreaded asking the waitress for *anything* because I knew the result would not be good (and I was not speaking English). Wings arrived after pizza was finished and almost consumed. An inquiry into this resulted in a double charge of wings on the bill!

So to sum up: completely undertrained staff distracted from the food mightily.
