Review of Pho 88
3

Pho 88 is a reasonably priced lunchtime option. The pho is decent and even comes with an actual spring of basil (though rather paltry). The Saigon shrimp rolls are also quite tasty. The Chinese-inspired rice dishes are unremarkable and the interior is a bit cramped and a little too 'greasy spoon' for my tastes.
