Offers Beijing's best English breakfasts at the weekends, with good fresh fruit juices and decent enough coffee. Nice environment, though it gets a bit crowded at times. If you're coming on a weekend, best to arrive early or book a table in advance.

The Mon-Fri lunch deals are also pretty good, although for most people working in Beijing it's a bit out of the way for lunch. The warm, freshly baked bread is highly recommended - last time i went i ordered another small baguette (ie just the bread) just to have a little more.

Vineyard has similarities with a place like Element Fresh - they meet in the middle with lots of salad and sandwich options, popular with groups of friends meeting up at weekends - but the Vineyard has more character and doesn't play the "healthy" card quite so heavy-handedly.

Expect to spend around RMB 60-80 minimum per person, including drinks.
