This all-you-can-eat buffet features a wide selection of Asian and Western treats. For me it was a worldwide tasting travel. Satisfying experiences of the journey goes to plump oysters, fresh fig, creamy cheese cake, rich chocolate tarts and cream caramel, despite a limited cheese selection. Desserts section took a big part of the counter, providing too many similar mousses and jellies, which were more decorative than delicious.
The whole journey consisted of:
minestrone soup, sea food bouillabaisse, fried potato skin, feta chicken roulade with bacon, pan roasted pork with sour cabbage, dukkah crusted beef tenderloin, nasi ulam, beef with oyster sauce, braised bean curd with chilli Sichuan style, tandoori chicken wings, prawn curry with green bean, crispy fried fillet of fish with sweet and sour sauce, korean style spicy cabbage, slices of salami and ham, quiche lorraine, three flavor eclairs(hard and dry), chocolate fountain, and the sweet part mentioned above.
In a single meal I had a two-hour binge - perhaps, that's what the buffet really means.
