Appalling service

We went to the Anzhen Qiao branch a couple of weeks ago, where I waited almost an hour and a half to be served a plate of cold noodles while my non-veggie friends tucked in to their teppanyaki. Though I ordered four times, the staff were fooling around in the restaurant like they couldn't care less and were utterly unapologetic. Being vegetarian, I don't exactly expect a banquet at a teppanyaki restaurant, but there is no excuse for this level of service.
