I can't live without Jenny Lou's. It's a must-visit. Say what you will about their prices (USD 11 for a box of Cheerios?) but when you gotta get some of the real thing from back home, there's no better place.

Jenny Lou's is pretty great. While it's not as friendly and mom and pop shop like April Gourmet they do stock almost anything you desire (sometime for a price!). What I like about Jenny Lous is they usually have several brands of one thing which ranges in quality and price so you have more options. I usually go to the one by Ritan park, they have a lot of ethnicy stuff as well as some weird Russian stuff like whole smoked fish and dark rye bread. A bonus is that they are right next to Comptoirs so you can pick us some bread while you're there. The one by Sanlitun is massive and better stocked than the one by Ritan.
