With several restaurants partially sharing a common dining area, the basement of the Prosper Center (just west of the Kerry Center) has always screamed "food court" to me, so I've never given it much credit in terms of being a place to go for lunch or dinner.

Earlier this week I tried the Vietnamese place there and found it a fantastic surprise. Really tasty stuff -- I enjoyed every dish we tried. The pomelo salad and the beef curry were both excellent, as were an interesting take on the Saigon spring rolls we usually try (this was a veggie version with no shrimp or pork -- not sure how authentic, but damn good).

Prices are a little on the premium side so not a place to go for a cheap bowl of pho. Great place, nice atmosphere and service was prompt even at peak lunch hour, when the place was packed.
