The staff smile, greet you and are generally a hundred times more knowledgeable and helpful then, for example, the zombies who work at Carrefour. A lot of them know English too for those who need it.
You think you're getting overcharged? Probably not, you're just cheap.
If you can't keep a rough mental tab in your head as you shop, maybe you're just thick, bad at Maths.
This place is great. I'd love it if you whiners quit going, as you're most likely the lao wai I see regularly being rude to staff. You're not special just because you come from another country.
