Review of Han Na Shan
3

The food is almost always the same, so I rate Korean BBQ joints on:

-- Service
-- Cleanliness
-- Quality of the grill equipment

Han Na Shan is reasonably good (again, thinly sliced raw beef and kimchi are almost always the same, no matter where you go) and excels in nice, unobtrusive bbq ventilation and clean surroundings. Service is brusque but efficient. As for the grill, it's a charcoal-fired one and table service includes nice long metal tongs that allow for grilling without roasting one's sleeves. One complaint is that the coals seem to burn mighty quickly -- we needed 2 coal replacements over the course of our hour-long meal.
