Been going to the Vineyard on and off for a couple of years now, and while the service can be a little variable, I've always found the food to be really good and the prices reasonable.
The breakfasts in particular are excellent, as the bustling crowds on weekend morning attest. Only downer is they don't open until 11.30, which is fine if you're having a lazy Sunday but a bit annoying if you have something else to do.
The pizzas are good too, and I like the laid back hutong atmosphere.
