I've heard tons of good things about Jade Garden's daily dim sum buffet (RMB 88)so last saturday went to its Zhongguancun branch with tons of friends. The interior decoration looked posh and elegant, but the service was awful: deliberately unattended and indifferent.
Now, the food, with a broad range of selection. We ordered from a simplified menu with 60 or so items on it, including cold cuts, hot dishes, steam/fried/baked dim sum, noodle/changfen/congee and desserts. Basicaly they are good: fresh ingredients, great timing, delicate presentation. Most rememberable are the steamed Cantonese dim sums under steamed category, which comfortingly exceeded a supposed "buffet" level.
Recommend to go with 4-6 friends in order to get a thorough experience, in case you'll have a much bigger mental appetite than actual stomach volume.
