The most authentic Zhajiangmian you can ever have in a restaurant

for a local Beijing resident, who was born and raised up in this city, nothing can be more attractive than a bowl of hot Zhangjiangmian. the reason i put "in a restaurant" in the review title is because i still think that the home-made Zhajiangmian by my mom is far more delicious and authentic than any kind of zhajiangmian offered in any restauarnts. However, Hai Wan Ju is probably the only place in my mind that could be granted a title of "my mom's competitor", though they can never win in a hundred years, i would still crown them as the best Zhajiangmian place in Beijing.
