Good Food, Great Staff

Both the food and the staff in at Jing Zun have earned their good reviews. The place serves good, clean and pretty authentic Beijing dishes, including the ever so elusive ma doufu. The one thing I would recommend against is making special requests, as our roumuo doufu came out as the blandest thing we'd ever tasted. Nonetheless, we were charmed enough by the sleep space with Chinese accents to give it another try and have never had a bad dish since. The laoban even let us bring out cat carrier in (given we sat in the corner and hid it under the table) when our landlady decided to make an unexpected visit and kitty had to evacuate. Definitely a nice, casual place to hang out with friends or take out of country guests to.
