This is probably the parking place for T2

In T3, the parking building is definitely lower than 6 floors. But overall, it's well organized. 2 years ago, I'd say the RMB 10/hour is a crazy price. but now, compare to CBD or Xidan, this price sounds more reasonable. Plus, you don't have to pay a penny within 30 minutes, but unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get the whole picking-up process done in half an hour. I was there last week, it took me around 7 minutes to find a parking space, an other 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the arrival hall, double the above figures, that's 28-30 minutes, correct me if I'm wrong, bear in mind that the time spending in waiting your friend is not counted in yet. But anyway, since you don't really have another alternative, so be it.
