A heavenly sticky rice cake, soft and sweet, layered with red bean paste, is the reward for my sojourns, and usually good for two days of breakfast.
Is eating a mass of sticky rice and red bean paste really the thing to keep me alert all morning? The jury is still out.
This place is renowned for their assiduous commitment to quality that results in reliably transcendental masses of stickiness. Apparently if any customer ever complains about the product, none of the employees get their bonuses.
But they get their bonuses.
