Repeated emails to this place have been fruitless. They dont care about you or your order. They only want the membership fee. I emailed 5 times checking on the status of my order. USPS shows item was received, nothing else from these clowns!

I am very surprised. I have ordered dozens of times through DongXi now, and I have never had a problem. William has consistently been helpful beyond the call of duty and I wish all Internet entrepreneurs were as conscientious as he is.
Of course, I expect that, as DongXi is only a two man operation, he may not be able to reply within the hour, but he always gets back to me on the same day. DongXi is not Amazon or UPS!
I plan to continue using DongXi and am confident it is the best goods forwarder to China.
