Unlucky and Disappointed

Customer service on the Delivery Hotline was terrible. We asked them to deliver to a location that was inside the 'pink delivery zone' on their website. The woman then proceeded to tell me that they would not deliver there, that it was impossible and that the internet information was wrong, her words exactly. Once we finally agreed to drive 1/2 km up the road to park avenue (which was understood to be in the delivery zone) they were out of the nordic salmon, which ruined the point. All in all, just because you don't recognize an area or address that is inside your delivery zone, does not mean it is not in your delivery zone.
