Review of White Nights
I have to admit I'm regularely slithly underwhelmed by the food. It's not that great. But hey, it must be some of the cheapest western food in Beijing and it's good enough for a quick fix of some hearty Russian/Eastern European fare.
The place still gets 5 stars from me for the nice terrace surrounded by trees on a quiet street just off Dongzhimen. Perfect to relax and drink one too many 5 RMB draft beer (and a water glass full of mystery Vodka for the sme price, if you're into that) on a summer's evening.
While most places in Beijing go 'fancy' lately, thay stay down to earth. 5 stars.
