Worse food quality I had in Beijing

I went there for lunch time with a friend.

1) At first it is a little surprising to enter a restaurant through a butcher, I am sure it is for a marketing reason but I am at Carrefour or what ?

2) the place decor is nothing fancy, but who cares when it's about good food...

3) well, the problem is that the food is up to no good as well :
We ordered a regular hamburger and a beef kebab
They were four table eating at the same time.
We had to wait 45minutes to get our lunch food,
The french fries were cold, we had to send them back
The hamburger was as hard and dry as a stone
In the Kebab, they were five piece of dark meat that looked like carbonized bacon...this was the beef !!!
And guess what, during all that time, the Chef himself was playing on his computer at the bar...

I give one star to the staff who was nice and smiley.... but I am not coming back !
