I usually love the weekend brunch set at this place, but this past weekend was a big disappointment. They served coffee - we asked for milk - and finally the 3rd time we asked for milk it was brought to us. My girlfriend and I ordered the regular brunch set, and we were first served bread rolls, then a crepe, then yogurt and fruit. We finished with the yogurt and fruit and we were waiting for a long time for the rest of the meal, and then we called the waiter over and asked him when they were going to serve the main portion of the meal (eggs, bacon, potato pancake, etc.). They didn't realize that in fact they hadn't even served us the main portion of the brunch set! How can a restaurant forget to serve the main portion of the set!?!?! They served us the first and the last part! And the worst part was that the French manager/owner was sitting in a booth a few feet from us and never even came over to apologize or offer any compensation. Would it have been too much for him to say he was sorry? Nope, it seems he just doesn't care. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in Beijing - people will go somewhere else if they are not treated well.
