Typical Chinese Sushi Joint

We went to the Solana branch during the weekend. A chinese friend recommended the place as the best sushi restaurant in Beijing, so I was curious.
The menu was typically Chinese Sushi style, almost 100 kind of rolls, full of sweet mayo and other funny sauces. We ordered the famous CBD roll, which was boring (I have to say I am not a big roll fan...) and neither me nor my wife did get it why this one was the signature dish, the Spider Man roll was okay nothing special. The medium Sashimi platter was quite small and the pieces where too big. The quality was okay. The only really good thing was the cheap beer. The menu featured quite a lot show-off dishes like a super-duper platter for RMB2000 and other, in my opinion overpriced things. It is definetly not a bang for your buck place and if I want to spent a lot of money on raw fish there are definetly better places in the city.
The overall experience was okay, but not different of the all you can eat restaurants, which serve more or less the same quality.
