Positive:
Great Location! Quick responding management which solves all issues fast. Clean hallways and lobbies, friendly doormen. Modern and well maintained garden, Good restaurants all around and inside the place. Newly opened clean gym with pool. French bakery, Italian restaurant, sushi restaurant and 7/11 on site. BGH supermarket with imported goods is next door and delivers to your doorstep. Dawanglu subway station 5 minutes away.
Negative:
Very Noisy! Busy Xidawanglu with traffic jam and honking from 6:30am on. Beware north-facing apartments! Just north of the site trains deliver coal to the nearby power plant at day and night. The original outfitting and windows are low quality. No floor heating.
