Review of Shaorou Ren
The staff from Shaorou Ren almost ruined our Helloween dinner. We had a reservation for 10 people for tonight. Just hours before the dinner we received a call that we can't get our table. Their excuse: They were fully booked and the new girl who took our reservation (2 days ago!) messed it up. We called the manager who found another excuse: Two BBQ tables are broken.
We were lucky to find another restaurant just hours before our dinner. We had to inform all 10 guests about the new location.
Very unpleasant experience with Shaorou Ren. You can never trust a reservation there (and better don't trust their BBQ tables either). We will not go there again.
