DO NOT TRUST THIS ‘LAW’ FIRM!!!

My experience with Jay & Shaw paints them as being anything other than efficient, professional or even helpful.

I paid 10,000 RMB for their services of helping me set up a FIPE, based on lies they told me when I first inquired about the possibilities available to me.

6 months later, they have now said that the documents they told me to prepare have been rejected by the government offices. Because they continually mis-lead me and gave me the incorrect information, I wasn't able to get the documents that the government requested, which made my application impossible. I asked for a refund of teh money I paid for a service that wasn't provided, but Jay and Shaw just ignored my requests.

Myself and another lady treated the same way by this firm are currently working with a new lawyer to prepare a malpractice suit against them. So if you have had similar bad experiences, please let me know.

Otherwise, if you are looking for a law firm to help with your business registration or investment plans, stay away from this one.
