Rude Owner
Recently I needed to return two items for small quality problems.
The staff working there was very polite and pleasant. However, the male owner, who came in partway through the transaction, is a different story. He was rude, argumentative, and blamed me for the problems. The friend who was with me at the time was horrified by the things he said.
Although I really like the clothes at this store (and have spent a lot of money there), I will never shop there again because of the way the owner treated me.
