Xiu is the kind of bar that upscale people go to socialize, meaning there is a lot of staring and not too much dancing. I like to feel the energy like a good brazilian concert. The band is good, but the people seem like they are all looking at their iphones. You can break the silence, it's good, but someone has to start. Weekends is great, but weekdays are not so great...more of the silent stairing until I start dancing like a fool people begin to feel comfortable lol
