Review of Q Mex Bar & Grill
the good
good bar with decent cocktails
restaurant is no smoking
guacamole and ceviche very good
staff eager if a little green

the food ~ tacos were soggy bland and just plain awful. The fish taco was a limp fishfinger covered in 1000 island dressing.
the burritos are basically 90% rice with very little meat. i couldn't tell the difference between chicken and beef.
so go for a margarita but eat elsewhere

I wholeheartedly agree with this review. Last night , with a hankering for something Mexican, paid for an unsatisying meal at The Q.
Upon entering I found at least 30 beautiful ladies enjoying their drinks , all foreigners from many areas of the world. Almost heaven except I had brought a friend of sorts along to put a clamper on any socializing.. Anyways, driving so no review on the drinks.
We ordered the chilli reanoe, and chicken tostito. No chicken to be found on the plate, just corn chips, and some form of cheese. The chilli dish isn't worth a mention.
So enjoy the drinks , stay home and cook beforehand.
Had I seen this review beforehand, it would have saved me the trouble. Thank you!
