Improved food, maybe too many options?

This was my first visit back to Luga's in two years or more. I was impressed with the redone menu, although it may be too big for it's own good. I eventually settled on a soft taco with carnitas and pineapple. I was pleasently surprised with the outcome, both the flavor and presentation. A harty helping of sides (corn, refried beans, chutney) made this a complete meal, which were all included. I was not expecting any improvement, but was happy I gave this place a second chance.
