Expect delays, but also expect service to be quite good

Ok, so the service is not amazing, but it's done well!

Air Canada for instance maybe has a few less mistakes, but this is a Chinese airline from a developing country, not developed, so I think they are doing great with what they got. They have small planes for some destinations in China like Wenzhou, but these plains are probably the better ones. Just watch out for the old Chinese grandmas and grandpas, jumping out of their seats to take pictures out the windows when the plane is taking off and the stewardesses chasing after them, or sometimes just considering it to be no use as soon as they look away, the seatbelts are off and they are photo snapping again. haha

The delays are awful, really awful, sometimes 8-11 hours delayed. Not sure why this is different from other airlines, but Air China seems to always have difficulty getting off the ground on time. Apart from that I salute this airline for leisure and when you are not in a hurry. For business consider something else though.
