I am Canadian, and I must say our country airline needs improvements

Besides from being outclassed by our WestJet neighbors, AirCanada could use an update on their in flight service, including meals: awful and not representative of either China nor Canada's cuisines. Aside from that their flight seem like they are just doing the minimum by getting people to their destinations and that is all. Almost all American Airlines I have been on including Capital Airlines have all outdone Air Canada. A much needed upgrade is required.
