Well managed but food is disappointing

I have eaten here twice. Both times I chose their set menu which is made up of about 5 courses.

There is no doubt this place is well managed. I watched the staff constantly clean everything, and there was an air of perfectionism about how they set tables and ensured the guests were being looked after.

I like this restaurant and think it is very suitable if you are trying to impress people or celebrate.

However, I feel the food does not match the service levels. The food is ok, but there is nothing special about it. It's normal restaurant food. It's not at a michelin star level.

My lunch cost me RMB 750. That was for food and water only.

I would come here again, mainly because the service is good and there aren't many alternative choices at this level.
