Sitting in here now-never again

In the Sanlitun location now, Monday night. Crowded-that's fine. But I've been on the fence about this place for a while. This has decided me. The seating hostess is coughing all over us and our table and us as she explains that our friend, though paying separately from us, cannot have the free juice if she spends over 150 as advertised to her in the unsolicited text message that came to her phone when we entered, because we have a membership card and-paying separately-will be getting happy hour drinks. Then they want to charge us 5rmb for a cheap mug of crappy boiled water when we've bought expensive drinks already. Even the other branches don't do that. The cheapskate act is a step too far. Not to mention the lack of sanitation.
