Pretty good for delivery food

I order at Annie's a lot, mainly because the food is ok, and the delivery is pretty quick.

Not the best Italian you'll ever eat, but very reasonable and dependable.

My issue is with delivery; staff picking up the phone until 1-2 months ago very friendly, efficient and with good English (mostly female), but it's gone really, really downhill since then. 4 out of 5 deliveries had a wrong or double order of at least one item. (two salads, no pizza for example) and the guys are unfriendly, borderline rude and with much worse English.

I hope someone at Annie's reads this, because if it continues like this our office will simply stop ordering because it annoys everyone.
