Review of Beijing Book Building
This place bosts a huge, possibly largest array of books in many different languages in the middle of the city close to Xidan.
Watch out for the scam people who will use their VIP cards to help you purchase the books, meaning a 5-25% discount on your books, but also means you will get no receipt and will be screwed if you have purchased the wrong book....it may help locals, but knowing this type of person in other parts of the city, they WILL SCAM foreigners just because they know you are easier to trick, avoid unless you have a chinese friend helping you or can speak good mandarin.
