Hey fellow foreigners,
I am a New Zealand expat living in Beijing. Moved here a few months ago. This is my first ever blog post because I just had to share with you how awesome my real estate agent/life organiser is. Her name is Hilary. She is trustworthy, friendly, and straight-up. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and goes out of her way to get you settled in. She found me a nice, new apartment rental in Sanlitun and handled all the paperwork. She came to my place to set up my wifi and translate my police rego, amongst other things. She even paid for my wifi router online through a Chinese website 'cause I only speak english (I just paid her back in cash). Basically she is amazing and speaks great english and I think she deserves recognition because many people have posted negative reviews about agents on here etc. If you need somebody you can trust, I highly recommend Hilary!
