Sabai Sabai is probably the restaurant I go the most to, the food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. I would especially recommend the vegetable salad (sweet and sour), yellow curry chicken (not spicy) and the thai rice. I've tried most dishes and liked them all, except for the deserts and soups. Another thing I appreciate is that almost every dish can be spiced up or down on request.
The owner speaks a decent English, perfect French and 4 other languages. He is always caring and asking for comments about the food. He is also very committed to deliver good quality and this is why he is almost always in the restaurant supervising everything.
It is also one of the rare places in Shuanjing to still sell the big bottle of beer for RMB10. I wouldn't recommend the cocktails thought, they come in tiny glasses.
